Well, we've made it to 8 months! Only a few short weeks left, and I can tell you that things beginning to look a lot like "baby" around our house! We are so excited to meet our first little one...and counting down the days! I was so blessed to get to hold a sweet new baby girl today after my Dr. appointment, and oh, did it make me wish our boy was here! My friends J & B welcomed a precious little lady to the world yesterday morning.
I took my Mom and Gram with me yesterday to my Dr. appointment so they could hear their grandchild's heartbeat and meet my Dr. My mom's already been with me once, but it was just what they needed this week. We had a few errands to do in Hutchinson afterwards, so we did a little shopping, and we all agreed it was nice to get out of the house for awhile. We laughed, cried, gossipped, and ate some good junk food! Toby was surprised to see us walk in about 10:30, just as he was heading to bed! :)
My sweet husband mowed the yard yesterday...which means my personal "beached whale pool" is going up today! Drive by at your own risk.
